We offer private, in-person coaching at our office in Boulder, CO. We help you uncover which changes you need to make and how to implement those changes into your life.
We offer our private, one-on-one coaching services by phone or video (via Zoom).

Our fixed-price programs provide a great value for those who are looking to meet a specific nutrition goal, such as eliminate gluten.
We offer a free 20-minute phone consultation where we discuss your goals and our philosophy and structure for helping you achieve those goals.

During this 90-minute appointment, we will dive into your goals, health history and current symptoms. You will leave with recommendations for actionable changes toward your own personalized plan.

Your first appointment will be a 90-minute intake, which will include a comprehensive review of your health history, lifestyle and diet, and an initial action plan.
Following your initial intake, we will schedule a series of follow-up appointments. Together we will continue to modify your action plan as needed to reach your goals. Recipes, meal ideas, lifestyle hacks, and mindfulness how-to advice are offered at every appointment.
We offer 4- and 6-session packages. Appointments may be conducted in-person or via Zoom.

60-minute Follow-up Appointments: $165 each
4-Appt. Package: $695 (includes the Initial Intake Appt. and 3 Follow ups)

We also offer virtual appointments via phone or video conference.
We can work with clients living in a variety of states. However due to certain state laws, we are NOT able to work with clients residing in AL, DC, GA, KS, IA, IL, MS, MT, ND, NE, OH, RI, SD, TN, or WY.
Please be mindful that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
For New Clients’ First Appointment: when booking your first appointment, we require a credit card to reserve your spot (this can be taken over the phone when booking or through our online scheduling software). If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss your appointment, you will be charged $50. However, we understand that special circumstances happen and we’d love for you to reschedule! If you reschedule within 30 days we’ll apply the $50 to your first appointment fee.
For Existing Clients’ Follow Up Appointments: Barring an emergency, if you cancel or miss your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged for the appointment or that appointment will be counted towards your package.
